PURPOSE: A method for producing gas hydrate using a low temperature gas is provided to use a cold temperature in a gas as an energy source, thereby saving energy when the gas hydrate is produced.;CONSTITUTION: A reaction container(100) comprises a water supply unit(110), a gas supply unit(120), a water spray device(160) including a plurality of water spray nozzles(130), and a gas spray device(170) including a plurality of gas spray nozzles(140). When water and a gas are sprayed in the reaction container, the gas contacts water minutely sprayed when the gas is in a cryogenic state. Therefore, a hydrate reaction is efficiently performed.
