POLYMER WASTE GASIFICATION/LIQUEFACTION REACTOR CAPABLE OF UNIFORMLY TRANSFERRING HEAT TO A BAFFLE

PURPOSE: A polymer waste gasification/liquefaction reactor is provided to effectively transfer heat from a gas inlet to a gas outlet because the temperature of a pipe is uniformly maintained.;CONSTITUTION: A polymer waste gasification/liquefaction reactor(10) comprises a baffle(40). The baffle is composed of a lower baffle(44) and an upper baffle(46). The lower baffle is coupled to an outer container(20) at the bottom of a pipe(30). Gas flows in the outer container upward. A first lower baffle(42) of the lower baffle is arranged to be contiguous to a gas inlet(22) and is installed at a position(L1) with a range of 35~45% of the total length(L) of the outer container.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
