PURPOSE: By easily grasping the whole operation state of the internet phone service the transceiving flow schematization system of the protocol message for the internet phone service and method thereof are rapidly restored to normal the information about the point of failure. CONSTITUTION: The message extraction module extracts the protocol message information related to the analysis object house from all protocol messages(S100). The repetition message removal module eliminates the message overlapped with among the extracted protocol message(S200). The receive/transmitter information abstraction module extracts the information about call processing elements(S300).
