ROCK BLASTING COMPOSITION CAPABLE OF PREVENTING THE ENVIRONMENTAL CONTAMINATION, A ROCK BLASTING CHEMICAL, AND A PRODUCING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A rock blasting composition, a rock blasting chemical, and a producing method thereof are provided to secure the excellent fracture force by containing certain amounts of oxidizer, reducing agent, and gas generator.;CONSTITUTION: A rock blasting composition contains 5~12wt% of aluminum, 38~45wt% of copper oxide, and 50~57wt% of polyoxymethylene. A rock blasting chemical contains the rock blasting composition and an acryl group binder, and has the particle diameter of 0.2~1.0mm. A producing method of the rock blasting chemical comprises the following steps: mixing 5~12wt% of aluminum, 38~45wt% of copper oxide, and 50~57wt% of polyoxymethylene and drying; and adding an acryl group binder for molding.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
