PURPOSE: An apparatus for sensing launching of a projectile and a projectile using the same are provided to reduce or remove influence on the motion of the projectile since a launching detecting apparatus is operated, and then separated from the projectile.;CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(120) for sensing launching of a projectile(100) comprises a lever unit(130), a connecting unit(140), a pressing unit, and a switch(150). The lever unit is installed on the outer circumference of the projectile. The lever unit is in parallel to the movement direction of the projectile between a torpedo tube and the projectile. The connecting unit connects one end of the lever unit to the projectile to be rotatable. The pressing unit presses the lever unit to the inner periphery of the torpedo tube to rotate the other end of the lever unit when the projectile is separated from the torpedo tube.
