PURPOSE: A zinc-contained magnetic nanoparticle-based magnetic sensor is provided to implement inspection or measurement of objects with improved sensitivity and accuracy.;CONSTITUTION: A zinc-contained magnetic nanoparticle-based magnetic sensor comprises zinc-containing magnetic nanoparticles or their cluster, a magnetic sensor device, and a magnetic field generating unit. The inc-containing magnetic nanoparticles or their cluster satisfy the equation, ZnfMa-fOb(0f8, 0a=16, 0b=8, 0f/(a-f)10 or ZngMc-gM'dOe(0g8, 0c=16, 0d=16, 0e=8, 0g/{(c-g)+d}10, wherein M is magnetic metal element or their alloy and M' comprises one or more elements selected from the group consisting of group 1 elements, group 2 elements, group 12 elements, group 13 elements, group 14 elements, group 15 elements, transition metal elements, and lanthanide and actinide group elements.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
