PURPOSE: A method for estimating the performance of a PHC file in considering of the initial tension of a PHC file is provided to estimate the performance of a PHC file even if concrete is charged in a PHC file to reinforce. CONSTITUTION: The dimension, location and amount of a tensile member are inputted(S10). The property of matter on the concrete of a PHC pile, the tensile member and inside charged concrete are inputted(S20). The initial tensioning valve of the tensile member is inputted(S30). The maximum axis force is calculated based on inputted data(S40). The distance to the neutral axis is inputted from the upper end of the PHC file cross section(S50). The stress on the concrete of the PHC pile, the tensile member and the charged concrete are calculated from strain(S70). Error is calculated by comparing the grand sum value to a fixed axis force(S90).
