PURPOSE: An internet banking information security method and a computer apparatus thereof are provided to execute internet banking using a virtual interface, thereby protecting internet banking information of a user from screen hacking. CONSTITUTION: An OS(Operating System)(421) receives an event through a user input interface to generate a corresponding message and outputs a screen according to the process result of the message through a video interface. A virtual interface module(426) hooks the message of the OS. When a virtual Internet banking program(424a) displaying a virtual keyboard on a monitor relates to the hooked message, the virtual interface module transfers the hooked message to a virtual internet banking program instead of the OS.
