METHOD FOR PRODUCING CELL GROWTH FACTORS SECRETED FROM ADIPOSE-DERIVED STEM CELLS AND MONONUCLEATED CELLS AND THE USE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for producing culture of adipose-derived stem cells is provided to directly administer adipose-derived stem cells and to prevent side effects. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing culture of adipose-derived stem cells comprises: a step of culturing adipose-derived stem cell from stromal vascular fraction(SVF); a step of mixing monocytes to the stem cells and culturing in a serum-free medium; and a step of removing the cells and debris to obtain culture. The monocyte is derived from peripheral blood, umbilical cord blood and bone marrow. The monocyte includes hematopoietic stem cells and epithelial progenitor cells as active ingredient.
