PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a nano-fenton system wastewater treatment agent using magnetic nanoparticles/polymer core-shell nano particles is provided to easily collect the wastewater treatment agent with nano-fenton reaction. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a nano-fenton system wastewater treatment agent includes the following steps: manufacturing the nano-fenton system wastewater treatment agent by polymerizing a polymer on the surface of a magnetic nano particle by adding acid liquid in the magnetic nanoparticles; purifying the wastewater by putting the nano-fenton system wastewater treatment agent and hydrogen peroxide into the wastewater; and purifying the wastewater; and collecting the nano-fenton system wastewater treatment agent with a magnet.
