PURPOSE: A removal method of a pathogenic microorganism or a toxicity organic contaminant using sulfate radical is provided to remove the pathogenic microorganism, and the toxicity organic contaminant or everyone is eliminated efficiently without the investigation of the excessive radiation. CONSTITUTION: A removal method of the pathogenic microorganism uses the radiation irradiation and sulfate radical are used at the same time. A removal method of the pathogenic microorganism is an object included in one selected from the group consisting of the foul water, the subsurface water, the polluted water environment, wastewater sludge, and the livestock excretion and food waste. The exposure of the radiation irradiation is absorbed in 1Gy~20 MGy.
