PURPOSE: A biodegradable block composite material for planting, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the processing cost for dredged soil by using the dredged soil for producing the material, and to prevent the environmental contamination.;CONSTITUTION: A biodegradable block composite material for planting is produced by the following steps; mixing dredged soil and a carbon system polymer in a weight ratio of 1:0.01~1; inserting 0.01~5 parts of more than two transition metal oxides by weight as a catalyst for 100 parts of carbon system polymer by weight; and molding the mixture with the pressure of 0.1~250 kg/cm^2 in 15~200 deg C.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
