A hot-water type boiler equipped with a waste heat collector and a hot-water heat exchanger is provided to prolong the service life by enabling complete combustion and to prevent surplus fuel and energy from being consumed due to conversion of tap water of low temperature into warm water of high temperature. A hot-water type boiler comprises a waste heat collector and hot-water heat exchanger serving as a waste heat exchange means; a burner(8), a heating rod(12) including the burner inside, formed with an exhaust outlet(10) on the top; a heat circulator(14) including the heating rod inside, penetrating a guide hole(18) on the lower part; a boiler tank(22) including a heat exchanger inside, assembled to an exhaust pipe(24) on the top; a first and second heating pipe(26,28) wound around the heating rod; and a third heating pipe wound inner circumference of a boiler heat exchanger(2).
