MICROBIAL PESTICIDES HAVING INSECTICIDAL ACTIVITY ON HOUSE FLIES AND FEED FOR HOG RAISING INCLUDONG THE SAME

摘要

PURPOSE: A microorganism formulation for killing fly and a method for producing the same are provided to reduce the number of flies in a stable and improve stable environment. CONSTITUTION: A microorganism formulation for killing fly contains novel Bacillus thuringiensis F2(deposit number KCTC 11349BP). A feed for pigs contains 0.2 % of the microorganism formulation based on total weight. A method for producing the microorganism formulation for killing fly comprises: a step of inoculating Bacillus thuringiensis F2 to precultured medium for 12 hours; a step of inoculating the precultured strain and culturing at 37C, 1vvmvessel volume per minute, and 250rpm for 9 hours; a step of culturing at 37C, 0.5vvm, and 120 rpm; and a step of mixing corn powder, deffated rice bran or wheat bran powder and drying at 45C.
