ALUMINIUM ALLOY FOR BOTTOM CHASSIS OF LCD LED-TV, BOTTOM CHASSIS AND LCD LED-TV USING THE ALUMINIUM ALLOY

PURPOSE: An aluminium alloy for a bottom chassis of an LCD LED-TV, and a bottom chassis and an LCD LED-TV using the aluminium alloy are provided to improve the tension strength, yield strength and elongation ratio, thereby ensuring superior strength and compactability of a bottom chassis of an LCD LED-TV. CONSTITUTION: An aluminium alloy for a bottom chassis of an LCD LED-TV comprises Mn 0.80-1.25weight%, Mg 0.80-1.30weight%, Cu 0.05-0.20weight%, Si 0.15-0.35weight%, Fe 0.35-0.75weight%, Zn 0.20weight% or less, Cr 0.01-0.06weight%, and Ti0.10weight% or less. The aluminium alloy has a tensile strength of 170-190MPa, a yield strength of 70-90MPa, and an elongation ratio more than 20%.
