OUTER ROTOR GENERATOR CAPABLE OF MAINTAINING A PROPER SPACE BETWEEN A PERMANENT AND A MAGNET

PURPOSE: An outer rotor generator is provided to prevent a short between a coil and a permanent magnet by impregnating a coil into synthetic resins.;CONSTITUTION: A stator(100) is comprised of a shaft(110) and an outer ring(120). An outer wheel is fixed to the shaft. A coil is arranged on the outer wheel. The outer rotor receives the stator. The outer rotor is comprised of a front cover(210), an external flange(220), an internal flange(230) and a rear cover(240). The front cover and the rear cover are rotatably supported on the shaft. A first permanent magnet is attached to the inner surface of the external flange. A second permanent magnet is attached to the outer surface of the internal flange.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
