A voltage sensing pad for a cell is provided to supply power stably to a protection circuit module of a second battery during the soldering of the protection circuit module with a core pack, to inhibit a fuse from being cut during the soldering and to prevent malfunctioning of a microcontroller. A voltage sensing pad(130) is provided on a protection circuit module of a secondary battery formed of a PCB substrate, connected to a core pack to which at least one cell is bound via a soldering step, and performing sensing of the voltage of each cell to apply the voltage to a microcontroller contained in the protection circuit module. The voltage sensing pad comprises: a first metal pattern(130a) having an opening(140) into which a metal terminal connected electrically to an anode terminal or cathode terminal of each cell for sensing the voltage of each cell; and a second metal pattern(130b) spaced apart from the first metal pattern by a predetermined distance and connected electrically to the microcontroller.
