METHOD FOR IDENTIFING LOCATION OF MOBILE STATION BASED ON IMAGE USING LINKAGE OF RFID AND NETWORK CCTV, AND PORTABLE RFID TAG FOR MOBILE STATION

PURPOSE: A video based mobile location confirming method using linkage between a RFID and a network CCTV(Closed-Circuit TeleVision) and a mobile portable RFID tag for the same are provided to obtain and supply video information about a protection object mobile body and a peripheral status of the mobile. CONSTITUTION: An RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) transceiver(31) receives a search signal of an RFID reader. The RFID transceiver transmits a response signal for location recognition to the RFID reader. An emergency call processing unit(32) inserts a preset value into an emergency status field of the response signal for location recognition according to an emergency call request of a protection object mobile body. If there is the emergency call request of the protection object mobile, the emergency call processing unit inserts an emergency status confirming data into the response signal for location recognition.
