PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a XL pipe heating rod for an aqueous solution conduction thermal medium is provided to improve the electrical safety and to reduce electrical short by automatically remove the electricity consumption when the aqueous solution is removed. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a XL pipe heating rod for an aqueous solution conduction thermal medium comprises a mixing ratio composition solution conduction thermal medium, a heat conductive material wire, a heat resistance silicon hose, and an aqueous solution conduction thermal medium for a heating XL pipe boiler. The aqueous solution having the electric resistance value forms the mixing ratio composition solution conduction thermal medium. The heat conductive material wire and the heat resistance silicon hose have punched holes at a regular interval in order to contact with the aqueous solution. The conductive material wire and heat resistance silicon hose are composed of non-conductor silicon materials(11,12). The aqueous solution conduction thermal medium for heating XL pipe boiler comprises aqueous solution conduction heat medium composition charged in the heating XL pipe.
