A transactions system for using an RFID capable of providing the convenience of spacious information applicable through the real time learning of the latest information is provided to connect the terminal on an internet server by using RFID tag information and implement commercial transaction about the usage of the target contents information. A tag generator(120) stores RFID tag information corresponding to authentication code according to the contents information. An information output device(110) transmits authentication code about contents information. The tag generator transmits RFID tag information corresponding to the authentication code. The terminal receives the stuck out RFID tag information from the tag generator. The terminal connects to the corresponding contents server through the received RFID tag information. The terminal is provided the contents information from the contents server.
