STRUCTURE REINFORCING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR SRTUCTURE REINFORCEMENT UNDER CONCRETE SURFACE

PURPOSE: A tensioning device for reinforcing a structure and a tensioning method using the same are provided to prevent structural strength decline by minimizing damage to the surface of a concrete structure. CONSTITUTION: A tensioning device(100) for reinforcing a structure is composed of fixing units(120) and a power unit(140). The fixing units are permanently fixed to grooves(112) formed in the surface of a structure. The power unit comprises a front fixing unit(144), a movable support unit(150), a fixing support unit(148), and a tensioning unit(156). The front fixing unit is fixed to the fixing unit. The movable support unit is movably installed in guide rods(146a,146b). The fixing support unit is installed in the end of the guide rods. The tensioning unit moves the movable support unit.
