PURPOSE: An automatic assembly system for attaching a magnet to a motor case is provided to automate a process of attaching a magnet to the inner surface of a motor case by transferring the motor case through a robot transfer between a spraying unit and an assembly.;CONSTITUTION: A spraying unit(12) automatically sprays adhesive on the inner side of a motor case. A handling unit rotates the motor case based on the setting groove of the motor case. A feeder unit successively transfers the motor case to the working area(31) of the handling unit. An assembly(16) automatically combines a fixed jig with a magnet(2) in the motor case. A robot transfer unit(14) is installed between the spraying unit and the assembly.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
