GUIDE BAR CONTROL DEVICE OF A WARP KNITTING MACHINE REDUCING COST BY ELIMINATING THE NEED OF A PLURALITY OF HIG-PRICED CAMS ACCORDING TO TRANSFER DISTANCE

PURPOSE: A guide bar control device of a warp knitting machine is provided to move a guide bar from side to side by a screw, thereby easily controlling the moving distance of the guide bar by controlling the rotation number of a motor.;CONSTITUTION: A frame(200) is located in side part of a guide bar(221). In the frame, a screw(210) is installed in transfer direction of the guide bar. A transferring member(220) is installed on a screw. The transferring device is moves from side to side by forward rotation and backward rotation of a screw. The guide bar is combined to the transferring device. A pulley(230,260) is installed on axis of the screw. The poly receives power by a belt(240) from a motor(250).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
