PURPOSE: A center pillar of a vehicle is provided to strengthen the rigidity of the center pillar of a vehicle since the cross-section shape of a reinforcing member, welding position and technique are changed.;CONSTITUTION: A center pillar of a vehicle comprises a side inner-panel(100) and a reinforcing member(200). An indoor protrusion(210) and an outdoor protrusion(220) are formed on the reinforcing member. The indoor protrusion protrudes toward the indoor side of the vehicle. The outdoor protrusion is protruded between the indoor protrusions toward the outdoor side of the vehicle. The indoor protrusion is welded to the side inner-panel. The outdoor protrusion is welded to a reinforcing panel(300). The reinforcing material is further welded to the side inner-panel on the slope of the center pillar.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
