PURPOSE: A network access control system using install information of a mandatory program and a method thereof are provided to control the blocking or permission of access to a network depending on whether or not a mandatory program is installed.;CONSTITUTION: A network management server(20) detects the installation of a mandatory program of a client unit through network information and mandatory program installation information to assign a network access right to a client unit. The network management server performs the network access control operation depending on the detection. A mandatory program interworking server(90) interworks with the network management server.
