PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a hallow microneedle structure for a syringe is provided to secure the vertical profile and uniformity of the needle by using a hollow core.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a hallow microneedle structure for a syringe comprises next steps. A hollow core is coated with coating solution in a longitudinal direction. The hollow core coated to the coating solution is solidified to form a coating layer. The seed metal is evaporated on the coating layer surface. The metal plating is performed on the seed metal surface in order to form a plating layer. The hollow core and coating layer are eliminated to form a hollow(150). The external diameter of the micro needle is 40~200μm. The inside diameter of the micro needle is 10~150μm.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
