METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A GRID SHAPED TEXTILE GEOGRID, USED AS A REINFORCING MATERIAL FOR CONSTRUCTIONS, A PLASTIC STRUCTURE, AND A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE PLASTIC STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a grid shaped textile geogrid, a plastic structure, and a method for manufacturing the plastic structure are provided to overcome problems related to the reduction of a material property in warp yarn and weft yarn generated from a resin coating layer forming process.;CONSTITUTION: Warp yarn and weft yarn are woven or knitted to prepare grid shaped textile geogrid cloth. A resin coating solution is coated on the surface of the geogrid cloth. A thermal processing is implemented at the temperature between the glass transition temperature(Tg) and Tg+40degrees of the warp yarn and the weft yarn. The thermally processed cloth is passed and cast through a front roller and a rear roller. The coating solution is gelationed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
