DOWNWARD CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF BASEMENT APPLYING SCF(SLIDING CHANNEL FORM)

PURPOSE: A top-down construction method of basement using an SCF(Sliding Channel Form) is provided to ensure simple construction by employing ribs for transmitting the transverse force, applied from CIP(Cast In Place Piles), to a bottom slab. CONSTITUTION: A top-down construction method of basement using an SCF is as follows. The ground is drilled and an H-steel or mesh reinforcement is inserted to implement the construction of CIP(10). The concrete lining is eliminated so that an inner flange of a H pile embedded in the CIP is exposed. An extra space under a TSC(T-type Steel Composite) beam(60) is formed to fix a triangular bracket. The triangular bracket is welded to the H pile flange and the TSC beam is installed inside a building. A pusher is diagonally fixed between the bracket-attached band steel and the top of the TSC beam in order to support the TSC beam. The TSC beam is placed at a distance as the thickness of a basement outer wall(30) reduced by the coating thickness. A slab is installed on the top of the TSC beam. An SCF(70) is installed between the TSC beam and the CIP and L-shaped steels are installed on both ends of the CIP and the TSC beam in order to support the SCF.
