PURPOSE: A mode conversion display method in a mobile communication terminal and a mobile communication terminal applying the same are provided to light-emit the color corresponding to a transparent keypad if one among a plurality of mode menus is selected.;CONSTITUTION: A memory(160) stores a menu of a second mode and a menu of a first mode. According to a light-emitting body which light-emits at least two colors, a color of a transparent keypad input unit(131) is changed. If the first mode is selected, a control unit(180) light-emits the light emitting body in a first color. If the second mode is selected, the control unit light-emits the light emitting body in a second color.
