PURPOSE: An integrated communication system and a computer-executing method in an integrated communication system are provided to enable a type of various end points to participate in a communication event using a conventional integrated communication system.;CONSTITUTION: A first interface receives a request for end point A to conveniently perform a communication event with end point B(124). A processor determines communication performance from a user profile related to end point A and end point B. The processor determines whether or not the communication event includes a test message, an e-mail, or telephone call.
