PURPOSE: A burnet device testing device and a method thereof are provided to test and diagnose whether normal operation of burner component before installing a burner device in a power plant exists or not, thereby improving the device reliability and starting time delay prevention.;CONSTITUTION: A burner device(110) testing device includes a burner state measuring device(111,112,113,114), relay(120,130) and a PXI(PCI eXtensions for Instrumentation) module(140). The burner state measuring device is installed in the burner device. The burner state measurement device outputs operation state value for checking whether burner composition operates or not. The relay operates the burner state measurement device or controls output of state value. The PXI burner module controls the operation of the relay. The PXI module transmits a burner state measurement value to a personal computer(150) for a burner state analysis through communication.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
