PURPOSE: A waste water treatment system which is connected to recycling facility field and sewage treatment plant is provided to satisfy enhanced sea discharge standard. CONSTITUTION: A waste water treatment system process with connection of recycling facility field and sewage treatment plant comprises: a step of removing 45% or more of solid contained in waste water through a solid-liquid separator; a step of washing the solid-liquid separator and diluting salt of the waste water; a step of adding catalyst oxidizing water to easily precipitate; a step of separate a supernatant and transferring to a secondary oxidizing reaction bath; and a step of transferring the lower precipitated sludge to a concentrate bath.
