PURPOSE: An organic solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve solar cell efficiency by improving probability that a generated exciton is separated into an electron and a hole.;CONSTITUTION: An organic optical active layer is located on a first electrode. An electron donor polymer and an electron acceptor polymer form an interpenetrating polymer network. A second electrode is located on the organic optical active layer.
