PURPOSE: A producing method of a sweetened and jellied bean paste composition containing ginseng adventitious roots is provided to easily occur the leaching of effective components of the sweetened and jellied bean paste composition using the osmotic pressure. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a sweetened and jellied bean paste composition comprises the following steps: inserting agar and water into a solution tank, and heating for dissolving; mixing bean sediment, the agar, sugar, and fructo-oligosaccharide to make a sweetened and jellied bean paste mixture; adding tissue-cultured ginseng adventitious roots and sterile water into a sterile bag, and heat-processing; and adding the heat-processed ginseng adventitious roots to the sweetened and jellied bean paste mixture, and stirring.
