LOW NITROGEN OXIDE BOILER USING A PRE-MIXING BURNER AND A TWO-STAGE HEAT EXCHANGER, CAPABLE OF PREVENTING CONDENSED WATER

摘要

PURPOSE: A low NOx(nitrogen oxide) boiler using a pre-mixing burner and a two-stage heat exchanger is provided to decentralize thermal load and reduce the production of NOx by decrement in the temperature of flame.;CONSTITUTION: A low NOx boiler premixed comprises a burner(100), a heat exchanger(300), and a combustion chamber(200). The premixed mixes the fuel and air in advance and burns the fuel and the air. The heat exchanger comprises first and second heat exchangers. The lower end of a heat conducting fin of the heat exchanger is contacted with the upper end of the flame in a premixed burner. The second heat exchanger is located to be contiguous to the upper part of the first heat exchanger. The combustion chamber is formed between the premixed burner and the heat exchanger.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
