PURPOSE: A communication system having a femtocell, an apparatus for managing a white list thereof, and a method for managing a subscriber list thereof are provided to enable a communication terminal to register a subscriber list to the femtocell from an indoor or outdoor place.;CONSTITUTION: A local registration processing unit detects the reception of a registration request message(851), and registers a while list(853). The local registration processing unit judges the success of the registration of a white list(855), and generates a registration response message according to the judgment result.
