A CORBON-BASED NANO COMPOSITE OF NOVEL STRUCTURE AND THE METHOD OF PREPARING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A carbon-based nanocomposite and a method of preparing the same are provided to prolong the life span of devices by reducing electrical resistance and improving adhesive force with a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A carbon-based nanocomposite includes a substrate, a graphene sheet formed in a direction parallel to the substrate, and a carbon-based nanomaterial which is perpendicularly formed at one side of the graphene sheet and has 2-75,000 of an aspect ratio. The thickness of the graphene sheet is 2-100nm. The graphene sheet comprises 1-100 layers.
