PURPOSE: A multi-layer settlement meter, a multi-layer settlement metering system, and a multi-layer settlement metering method are provided to more accurately check movement of ground by simultaneously detecting the displacement of a settlement meter with respect to a reference rod and the inclination change of the settlement meter.;CONSTITUTION: A multi-layer settlement meter(100) comprises a rootage part(110), a sensing part(130), and a connection bar(120). The rootage part is inserted into a hole and rooted in the surrounding ground. The sensing part is located directly above the rootage part and senses the movement relative to a reference rod inserted in the hole. The connection bar connects the rootage part and the sensing part. The sensing part includes a case(131) which is formed of a cylindrical box connected to the connection bar, a sensor mount(132) which is fixed in the cylindrical box, a wiper(133), a rotary type variable resistor(135), and a clinometer(136).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
