PURPOSE: A vaporizer is provided to enable a given amount of seawater to be supplied to the outer surface of each tube since the seawater flow of a water tank is uniformly maintained.;CONSTITUTION: A vaporizer(10) vaporizes the LNG in a tube(22) by the seawater, which overflows from a water tank(40). The vaporizer comprises a flow-rate reducing unit(110). The flow-rate reducing unit reduces the flow rate of the seawater on a part, which is adjacent to the outlet of a distributing pipe(30), in the water tank. The flow-rate reducing unit comprises a water-passage blocking plate. The water-passage blocking plate is installed across the water tank on the outlet-adjacent part. A water flow hole, through which a right amount of seawater passes, is formed on the water-passage blocking plate. An outlet blocking plate is installed on the end of the outlet of the distributing pipe and an outlet passing hole, through which a right amount of seawater passes, is formed on the outlet blocking plate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
