PURPOSE: A balance maintaining crane and a ship equipped with the same are provided to enable stable cargo unloading with different ships by maintaining the horizontality and vertical direction position thereof to correspond to rolling, pitching, and heaving of the ship.;CONSTITUTION: A balance maintaining crane(200) comprises an upper body, a lower body, and an auxiliary support(222). The upper body comprises a horizontal structure(230). The lower body connects to a support joint(217) and supports the upper body.
