PURPOSE: A double binary turbo encoder, a double binary turbo decoder and a power line communication system including the same capable of improving system performance are provided to improve BER performance by using a double binary turbo encoder method. CONSTITUTION: A transmission device(100) includes a double binary turbo encoder. The double binary turbo encoder encodes data stream. The double binary turbo encoder encodes data in a double binary turbo encoder method. A PLC(Power Line Communication) channel(190) transmits the encoded signal from the transmission device. A receiving device includes a double binary turbo decoder. The double binary turbo decoder decodes the decoded signal.
