PURPOSE: A connector assembly for implantable electrical stimulation apparatus is provided to connect the electrical stimulation apparatus and a neural impulse part without using an additional electrical connection part. CONSTITUTION: A connector assembly of an implantation type electronic stimulation device implantation comprises a first terminal, a second terminal, a cover member, and a combining unit. A plurality of electrode portions is protruded on the first terminal. A plurality of electrode portion is formed on the second terminal. The second terminal is electrically connected to the first terminal. In a cover member, a first terminal and a second terminal are inserted. The cover member covers up electrode insertion parts. The fastening means is formed on one of the first terminal, the second terminal, or the cover member.
