PURPOSE: An intelligent car accident lifesaving system and a method thereof are provided to transfer the car accident data to a control center and rescue by direct communication with a driver of the accident vehicle.;CONSTITUTION: An intelligent lifesaving system(16) comprises a communication server for receiving the accident information from the intelligent terminal, transferring the accident information to a control server, and communicating with the intelligent terminal.
