PURPOSE: A high speed single chip CMOS(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) optical receives is provided to adaptively compensate a characteristic change of a photo director according to a doping or a temperature change. CONSTITUTION: A secondary equalizer receives an output signal of a transimpedance amplifier(200). The secondary equalizer includes the first and the second equalizers(300,400). The first equalizer expands a band width defined by the transimpendence amplifier. The secondary equalizer expands the band width defined by a photo director. The limited amplifier circuit(500) amplifies and limits an output signal of the secondary equalizer.
