A FILM APPLIED TO THE EXTERNAL SURFACE OF HOME APPLIANCES AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A decorative member which is attached to an external surface of a home appliances and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maximize the metallic texture and embodying a design which in fact has a various colors through a gravure printing. CONSTITUTION: An exterior decorative member of an electronic product which can embody a metallic texture without using a stainless steel plate includes a base layer(10), a pattern layer(20), a printing layer(30), a metal layer(40), and a protective layer(50). The base layer is a synthetic resin. The pattern layer includes a finite pattern and is arranged on one side of the base layer. The printing layer is printed on rear surface of a pattern layer. The metal layer is included on rear surface of the printing layer and has a pattern layer which seems like a metallic material color. The protective layer is a synthetic resin which is attached for protecting a metal layer.
