PURPOSE: A location estimation method of a mobile node by using an efficient asynchronous bidirectional distance estimation mode is provided to reduce TOF(Time of Flight) error between nodes based on TWR(Two-Way Ranging) mode or an SDS-TWR(Symmetric Double Sided-TWR) mode. CONSTITUTION: A distance estimation frame is transmitted in a specific fixing node between two nodes. The mobile nodes participating in location estimation are response to the distance estimation frame. Fixing nodes receive a frame receiving time. The frame transceiving time is collected from all fixing nodes. A frequency deviation of the fixing nodes is estimated. The location difference of the mobile node is estimated from the distance estimation frame. A TDOA(Time Difference Of Arrival) mode is applied to the location estimate calculation(514).
