METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR SEIZURE CREATION AND TERMINATION COMMISSION OF CAR

PURPOSE: A method for entrusting a release of a seizure setting of a car and a device thereof are provided to manage a seizure history of a car due to unpaid charges and provides an individual virtual account and united virtual account about a seizure payment case of a civil complaining person. CONSTITUTION: An index code and a virtual account are given to a case of entrusting a seizure setting transmitted from a seizure commission institution server(S30). A compressing setting registration is entrusted by transmitting a registration office server of a locality of residence of a civil complaining person corresponding to the given index code(S40). A seizure history is inquired about the car number of a corresponding civil complaining person according to a request of a seizure history inquiry request of a terminal of a civil complaining person(S70~S90). If seizure amount about seizure payment case of the civil complaining person is paid through the vertical account, an index code of a seizure payment of a civil complaining person is transmitted to a registration office server of an address of the civil complaining person and entrusts a seizure cancellation registration(S110~S120).
