PURPOSE: A multi core system and a method for allocating a task in the same are provided to obtain a superior result within a proper amount of time.;CONSTITUTION: A method for allocating a task in a multi core system comprises the following steps. A plurality of tasks is initially arranged in a plurality of processors. A task is arranged so that process completing time of each task is maximum in an initially arranged process without changing process completing time of a task with maximum process completing time(S102). Arranged tasks are grouped into G1 to Gr. r is larger than 2 and the same as 2. The r is a natural number. Tasks of each group from G1 to Gr are arranged in processors(S106). When the arrangement is completed from G1 to Gr, a slack obtained by the arrangement is maximum. Tasks made by the arrangement are allocated to the processors.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
