PURPOSE: A sealing structure of an optical cable connecting box is provided to effectively seal an optical cable connecting box by only a clamping force of a clamp lever.;CONSTITUTION: A gasket insertion recess(13) is formed on the entire upper side circumference of a lower box(11). A circumferential gasket(14) is inserted into the gasket insertion recess. A clamp lever(15) combines or separates an upper box(12) with or from the lower box.
