PURPOSE: A fuzzy sealing system which includes a fuzzy module bar, a fuzzy anchor, and a fixing member is provided to mount a manufacturing equipment structure by conveniently installing a fuzzy anchor and a fixing member on desired location.;CONSTITUTION: A fuzzy sealing system comprises a fuzzy module bar(100), a fuzzy anchor(120), and a fixing member(130). The fuzzy module bar is fixed on a path of a carrying channel(20) with a CT clip(30). The fuzzy module bar has a rail groove(110). The fuzzy anchor is inserted into the rail groove of the fuzzy module bar. The fixing member has one end inserted into the fuzzy anchor and the other end fixed the separate facility structure.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
